Coral Princess is a Coral-class cruise ship owned and operated by the Princess Cruises line. The vessel, along with its sister ship Island Princess, was launched in 2002. Coral Princess and Island Princess are part of the only five Panamax ships operated by Princess Cruises.
Being a large resort ship and refurbished in 2019, on-board entertainment and facilities are state-of-the-art for cruise ships. The ship itself is a cruise destination. At a 91,627 GT, she is able to carry up to 1974 passengers.
She has two decks of public spaces and plenty of lifts and staircases that make for ease of movement. There is an ‘adults only’ two-deck Sanctuary area with padded sun loungers and a pool for your solitude. Newly fitted is a large ‘Movies Under the Stars’ screen. This is one of the few large ships with a walk-around promenade deck.
Passengers enjoy mingling in a sophisticated setting, with good food and entertainment in an affordable package. Coral Princess offers traditional and flexible dining in the main dining rooms.
Coral Princess is a luxurious way to escape completely, with all the amenities for an amazing cruise. features an impressive array of dining options, such as specialty restaurants Sabatini’s Italian Trattoria and the Bayou Cafe & Steakhouse, as well as a European-style casino, a cigar lounge, and a retro martini bar.
In terms of lodging, 80 percent of outside staterooms are equipped with balconies. You’ll find flat-screen TVs and minifridges in all staterooms, while those in Mini-Suites and Suites are granted more space and larger balconies.
What’s more, each guest aboard Coral Princess receives an OceanMedallion wearable device to unlock his or her stateroom, make onboard payments, track down friends and family, and more.
When it comes to dining, guests can choose from nine venues, including two main dining rooms, five informal eateries, and two specialty dining restaurants. Guests can also splurge for a private four-course meal on their balconies (for an extra fee).
