American Cruise Lines is pleased to announce the continuation of our American riverboat series. American Jazz began its inaugural season on the Lower Mississippi in March of 2021.

Like her sister ships, American Jazz has the contemporary styling and modern amenities that make river cruising more attractive and comfortable than ever before. Featured is a gorgeous five-story glass atrium, private balconies in all of its spacious staterooms, and spectacular views from everywhere on the ship. American Jazz also features the same advanced opening bow and retractable gangway seen on American Song and American Harmony.

Ranging from 250 to 650 square feet, the staterooms aboard American Jazz are the finest on any cruise ship. Guests enjoy ample living space, full-size bath rooms, plush seating, and the ideal place to unwind after an enriching day of discovery.

Food onboard reflects American tastes, styles and regional specialties. In keeping with American Cruise Lines’ “All American” theme, passengers can expect predominantly American wines, beers and spirits whenever possible.

Meals are served in an open-seating fine dining room with expansive panoramic windows. There is also a casual outdoor cafe where you can enjoy riverside views as you dine. Beer, wine and soft drinks are offered on a complimentary basis during lunch and dinner, while snacks can be found in the ship’s lounges throughout the day.

Complimentary drinks and hors d’oeuvres during a daily cocktail hour are available to all passengers.

Room service is available but only serves continental breakfast. Each of the American Jazz cruise ship deck plans are conveniently combined with a legend (showing cabin codes) and detailed review of all the deck’s venues and passenger-accessible indoor and outdoor areas. A separate link provides an extensive information on American Jazz staterooms (cabins and suites), including photos, cabin plans and amenities by room type and category.

MS American Jazz (2020-built/2021-inaugurated) is the 3rd vessel from American Cruise Lines‘ “Modern Riverboat Series” – with sisterships American Song (2018), American Harmony (2019), American Melody (2021), American Symphony (2022), American Serenade (2022).

American Jazz cruise ship deck plan shows a total of 99 staterooms for 190 passengers served by 60 crew/staff, with 6 passenger decks (accessible via 2 elevators), 6 lounges (2 bars, 2 outdoor terraces), open-floor design Atrium (4-decks high, with SkyLight / glass roof), 1 dining room restaurant, 2 sun decks (lower and upper).
